High Protein Smoothie

(MAKES 1 SERVING)
This smoothie contains no supplements or powders. Rather, it has 100 percent wholesome ingredients and is loaded with vitamins C, B6, antioxidants, potassium, and fiber. And because the liquid egg substitute is pasteurized, it’s safe to eat raw.

1      cup ice cubes
¾    cup pasteurized liquid egg substitute
¾    cup vanilla soy milk
1      cup frozen blueberries
½    banana, sliced
½    cup cranberry juice
1      tablespoon honey

In a blender, combine the ice, egg substitute, milk, blueberries, banana, juice, and honey. Process on high for 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass.

400 calories
5 g total fat
25 g protein
65 g carbohydrate
0 cholesterol
